Medical Records Retrieval $40
Obtaining medical records from providers, clinics, and hospitals. Costs include ordering medical records, tracking the status of requests, and follow-up with providers as needed. Providing electronic copies of records to the attorney is included at no additional charge. Delivery of hard copy documents is available at an additional charge.
Medical Records Organization $25/hr
Organization of paper records by providers, in your preference of date order or bates number order. Conversion of electronic records from multiple providers to a cohesive, organized record is an additional charge.
Medical Records Review/Summarization $25/hr
Review and summarizing medical records and billing for ease of use in litigation and arbitration.
Archive/Digitize Existing Files TBD
Scanning and digitizing existing paper files. Scanned files can be uploaded to your secure cloud storage or burned to media. Please contact us for an estimate.
HIPAA/PHI/Terminology Training TBD
